Relationships:
-Leon: She treats him like a younger brother, alternately teasing and babying him.
-Ashe: Penelo was impressed to meet the princess in person.
-Sophia & Maya: Together they form the three girl alliance of the Von Karma house! Penelo is the boldest one, so she sometimes gets them in trouble with Von Karma by poking around through his stuff too much.
-X: At first Penelo was afraid of X, but when she saw how lonely he was, she realized he was just like a sad little kid, so now she tries to check up on him from time to time and include him in some of the bizarre hijinks that go on around the place.

Secrets/Backstory/Etc.
-Penelo doesn't really have much in the way of secrets. She has a pretty transparent backstory. She was the youngest child in a relatively poor family living in the capital. Her parents were nice people who took in Reks and Vaan after their parents died. So along with her two older brothers, Penelo was always surrounded by boys.
